Registration Options
There are 10 registration options.
- Full registration is either option 1 or option 2. Each accepted paper must have a separate full registration by one of the authors (i.e. option 1 or option 2).
- Options 3 and 4 are for attendees who are attending all 5 days. The difference from options 1 and 2 is that the student registration amount is reduced. These options for suitable for student attendees who don’t need to count their registration as a full registration.
- Options 5, 6 and 7 are suitable for attendees only attending the conference on Monday or Tuesday.
- Option 8 is suitable for attendees only attending the 3 day main conference and who don’t need to count their registration as a full registration.
- Option 9 is suitable for attendees only attending for industry day.
- Option 10 is suitable for attendees who wish to purchase an additional conference dinner ticket
Option 2(full registration): All 5 days (25/11-29/11), attending track B on Tuesday
Option 3(regular registration): All 5 days (25/11-29/11), attending track A on Tuesday
Option 4(regular registration): All 5 days (25/11-29/11), attending track B on Tuesday
Option 5: Monday only (workshops and tutorials on 25/11)
Option 6: Tuesday track A only (Encore event and PhD forum on 26/11)
Option 7: Tuesday Track B only (DAIRNET symposium on 26/11)
Option 8: Wednesday-Friday only (Main conference 27/11-29/11)
Option 9: Thursday only (Industry day 28/11)
Option 10: Additional conference dinner ticket
Note: Options 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 include a conference dinner ticket (for Thursday) as part of registration. Options 5, 6, 7 and 9 do not include a conference dinner ticket.

- 31 October 2024 for options 3, 4 and 8 (non student),

Registration notes
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be currently enrolled in part or full time
The registration confirmation and tax invoice will be automatically emailed to the delegate upon successful registration. If you have any issues getting the tax invoice, please reach out to Farhana Choudhury at farhana.choudhury@unimelb.edu.au for assistance.
For the invitation letter requests, delegates need to contact Feng Liu directly by emailing feng.liu1@unimelb.edu.au. The specific requirements for the visa will vary depending on the delegate's home country.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Farhana Choudhury at farhana.choudhury@unimelb.edu.au. If cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled and a refund (if applicable) will not be processed.
1. Cancellations received on or before 20 November 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellations received on or after 20 November 2024 are non-refundable, however transfer of registration to another attendee is acceptable.
3. All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds cannot be made on credit card merchant fees charged at the time of the booking.
